All of our packages include: A professional & certified bartender, Portable bar setup, Basic bar tools & equipment, Ice, coolers, and garnish station, Signature cocktail menu design, Setup & cleanup. We also offer add-ons like custom bar builds, glassware rental, mixers, and more!
Due to liquor laws, we don’t sell alcohol directly—but we’ll help you create a shopping list and even assist with sourcing from our preferred vendors. You’ll save money and still get exactly what you need.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for peak seasons (spring & summer). Last-minute events? We’ll do our best to accommodate!
If there’s a reason to raise a glass, we’re there. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, backyard parties, grand openings, holiday soirees—you name it, we’ll Reefresh it.
We understand that plans change. Here’s how it works: 30+ days notice: Full refund (minus deposit), 14–29 days: 50% refund, Less than 14 days: No refund, but we’ll try to reschedule based on availability. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date.
Tips are always appreciated! You have a few options: Tip jar at the bar (standard), Prepaid gratuity (added to your invoice), Cash tip at the event. Let us know your preference ahead of time—we’re flexible!
Ideally 4–6 weeks before your event. For peak dates (spring & summer), earlier is better—we book up fast!
Absolutely. We offer fresh, handcrafted mocktails with just as much flair as our cocktails. Everyone deserves a good sip.
Here’s a taste of a popular menu: Signature Cocktails: Reefresh Margarita – Tequila, agave, lime, tajín rim; Tropic Thunder – Pineapple rum, coconut water, mint; Coastal Old Fashioned – Bourbon, demerara syrup, citrus bitters; Berry Breeze – Vodka, muddled berries, lemon, soda. Mocktails: Island Glow – Mango nectar, coconut, lime, soda; Cucumber Cooler – Cucumber, mint, lemon, sparkling water. We can tailor this entirely to your taste and theme!
